I just tested this app: I tried with different angles of an insect that looks like a mosquito that I just took a picture of, it doesn't work! I tried again with a pretty little jumping spider taken a few months ago... it doesn't work! So I tried with photos found on the internet, and well... it still doesn't work!!! So either I'm a real idiot, or this app is a big dud, in short, whatever happens, I'm out!

Not very accurate

I don't think it's easy to come up with the right type. When photographing a common creature, the correct species is often obtained, but basically the accuracy is low and the type cannot be identified.

Considering this app has a subscription, you'd think it'd be able to identify a common beetle. But, it cannot.

Cant even use the app. You have to sign up for a 7 day trial with automatic renewal. Deleted immediately after opening because I'm not signing up for a trial.

App Identified a brown recluse which I confirmed later to be a juvenile huntsman! An error which caused a lot of worry!

This app worked well for me however, I'm giving it 4 stars because it was free when I downloaded it. To my surprise, the last time I tried to use it, they wanted to charge me a subscription fee. Sorry, but that's a bait & switch as far as I'm concerned. It was free for several years, now all of a sudden they want me to pay for it? Nope. I won't. At least should stay free for the people who have had the app for years. I will be uninstalling.

Do not download this stupid trash. I downloaded the app click 7 day free trial. 5 minutes later, I'm charged 32.09 and get an email after canceling that no refund will be issued. What a scam. 7-day free trial is exactly what it means FREE! I want [phone] money back now!!!!!!!!!!!!

This app is scam, it tell me to start 7 days free trials, cancel anytime. But it charge me 1 year immediately. It should start charge me after 7 days, Google please send my money back, After the response, I recognize the response is totally copy paste, Google should consider to pull this app down because it'll continue scam others.
