Generally OK, but lost quality stars due to post code (ZIP) entry e.g. when you register it as ID (identifier) to buy monthly pass. It only allows for numeric ZIP, and if your address has letters too, you cannot enter your post code. This may affect on-line payment via this app, as banks usually refuse payments with incorrect post code. So instead numeric-only I'd reccomend alpha-numeric ZIP field. The other issue is that application does not have all info in English too in the Passes section.

Recently, parking payments have not been working. When entering a request, I jump to the internet banking application to confirm the payment, I confirm everything there, after returning to the merchant, this application freezes and nothing happens. I have tried it several times through other banks and always unsuccessfully. Drive worked.

Good, but if the application is used by someone other than an adult, the prepaid zones cannot be set correctly. For example, a child 10-15 years old, because the application with zone P automatically selects zones 0 and B, which children do not have prepaid, but they travel here for 50%.

I miss the ability to "follow" the selected connection - to receive ongoing notifications about how long it will be before it leaves, how late it is, how the transfer is, when it needs to get off.

unusable - will not except foreign credit cards (visa/master). so funny: you can pay with credit card inside the tram but not via pid app. are you kidding me, guys?!!

Searching for public transport connections in the application does not take into account short-term traffic closures.

In Mladá Vožice there is confusion, drivers do not know which terminal they should leave from, passengers have to mark their tickets themselves, and they go in the opposite direction than they should go, and passengers have to navigate them to where they should go. It was better when there were a few connections that ran than now when there are many of them and the same empty big buses run. Simply a disaster.

The application has not been working on wifi for the last few days, but it's not the signal, other applications, including streaming, are working.

The new PID Lítačka mobile application completely replaces the PID Info transport application. The PID Lítačka mobile application searches for the cheapest fare and allows you to buy single tickets valid for 30 minutes or up to as much as 3 days directly from your mobile telephone using a bank card. You can also buy tickets without registering The application displays information about current closures and offers the user a list of P+R car parks with information about their current capacity. It also allows you to purchase several single tickets in one go which the passenger then activates as and when required. The user can also forward the purchased ticket to another user who has the application installed on their device. Tickets purchased via the PID Lítačka application are valid in all of the Prague Integrated Transport zones, i.e. also in the integrated parts of the Central Bohemian Region, including trains operated by České dráhy.
