Charge me a ridiculous amount for unreasonable reason

I thought your app is all good but how can I be charged almost 10k as penalty fee for a date that already happened and you are telling me it's a modified standard. If the date already happened shouldn't you people make sure the withdrawal doesn't happen until it's changed to an earlier date. Your experience is poor and your customer service are rude. I need my money back, cos your reason are not valid. You can't charge me that amount cos I'm going to remove all my money and delete your app. Cos this is a scam and I won't take it.

A cool and network hassle free app. So far have been using it to save, but my issue is non acceptance to Fintech Banks like opay, palmpay, kids and such. kindly work on that and make all transactions smooth as it has always been.

I transferred cash to my piggy vest wallet since last month which was October till date, it has not reflected in my piggyvest account but my opay account that I used to transfer the money had debited me. The team should help me out cause it's really discouraging me from doing myonthly transfer that I used to be doing before the incident .

I've not been a regular user of this app, though I installed and transacted business with it for a couple of years. Recently, I decided to resume fully with Piggyvest. However, after fulfilling other requirements, I input my address for confirmation. Then, the app went off. For the past five days, I've had the same experience after repeating the process several times. Does anyone have a solution to this?
