The app just go blank white on my device and never loads please resolve this

I did my KYC and passed about 2 years ago and still haven't been transferred to mainnet,still says in que,did my liveliness test and wants me to keep doing it every time I mine.im beginning to think it's a scam to get information

I am Cafer Bulut Pi network, the identity information I have provided as a requirement for approval of identity information, all transactions made using my identity information such as borrowing and lending, establishing a company, buying and selling vehicles, buying and selling land, all subscription transactions, taking out loans on all platforms other than this application are invalid and without my approval. My identity information cannot be shared or used with real or legal persons without my signed approval and explicit consent.!

Hello, I'm having issues with my KYC. It keeps saying my phone version is outdated. Can I use my log out of my account and login to my sister's account for the KYC? Her KYC has been verified. If I do the above, will it have a negative effect on the pi mined in the past, having in my that we are switching accounts. Your response will be duly appreciated. Thank you

I somehow don't know how to transfer the mined Pi to my wallet, they are still unverified.
