Uninstalled Pixelup: AI Photo Enhancer within 90 seconds of launching the app. Core feature (photo enchantment) requires a premium subscription or ad-plays to use. The app locks up post-ad; i.e. farms user-generated ad revenue, then escapes obligation to provide compensatory product(s) or service(s) via recurring ‘system failures.' Pixelup: AI Photo Enhancer App should be removed from the App Store immediately.

More artificial than intelligent!
This app is a big disappointment for me. Three-day free trial, to restore old family photos, in black and white. If the app manages to reduce the blur of some photos, it is at the cost of a treatment that is much more artificial than intelligent that alters the similarities and turns people into zombies. I can't understand some of the app's choices, such as systematically sticking ice-blue eyes on all the people in the black and white photo: it looks like one of those horror movies in which living eyes suddenly appear behind the paintings! It's scary. As for the removal of scratches, it results in a blurred band in the photo. Anyway, I cancelled the subscription after two days. It's possible that this app works better for color photos (I haven't tried), but there's a long way to go when it comes to restoring old photos!

Paid for the once off lifetime but when i swap phone and press RESTORE on the app, nothing happens and the developer doesn't even bother to help me get my lifetime membership back 😡 Beware of these guys

Toy only, not for serious use. Rubbish.
I bought this to use in a pinch to use on photos of my Grandparents which are old and the originals in someone elses possession. Usually I would scan and tidy photos up in Adobe as I am a photographer. It seems that this ap just applied a preset edit to the photos without considering the original image. In all instances of using this ap the photos came out similar or worse than the original. It feels like, it does ‘something' to the photos to make the images look a little different, which possibly would please some people, but when trying to make a copy or restore a copy of a treasured photo and there is only one chance to do it, its a massive waste of money and a let down. This is a toy not a professional ap.
