“Simpler” isn’t always Better
The new UI has stripped down many features in favor of bigger text and pictures. Personally, it's uglier and more frustrating to use. However, the rewards are relatively fair to earn compared to other restaurants and their programs (as of 01/26/2025). As they say, “if it ain't broke, don't fix it”

Poor Quality Update
The app updated 1/24/2025 is very difficult to use and buggy. The old app worked well, stored credit card payments and allowed you to use more than one set of rewards points. It took me 15 minutes to order and the previous app was so easy to use. Do better.

Buggy still
Can't order wings because the UI just blacks out, have to force close to get to anything else after trying to select wings

New app needs some fixes
On the drink section when selecting there is no option to select 20oz or 2 liter, you have to add quantity and then edit in the cart to change the selection to the 20oz option. Also, when ordering pasta, you use to be able see that bread sticks come with it and select to upgrade to cheese sticks. On the sandwiches it would be nice to be able to customize, or cut certain ingredients.

Deals don’t work since the new secretive update
Since the new secretive update, the deals no longer work no matter how many I get. I won't be a returning customer anymore if no deals through the app

Can’t change store address for delivery
I travel a lot and sometimes need to have food delivered but I cannot change the address of the restaurant I want to order from. TERRIBLE DESIGN

Seriously?
You guys send me a free pizza code, because ya'll were late delivering my food. But when I go to redeem offfer EVERY Pizza Hut location gives an error msg of not being a participating location? Make it make sense???

Horrible Redesign
The new app is slow to respond and poorly designed. When in the final steps of purchasing you have to back out screen by screen instead of quickly being able to go back to menu. Horrible UX design.
