App changed and you can no longer order more than 15 min ahead. It was nice to place an order and tell what time you are available to pick up, especially if you work or just not able to pick up from the 15 min allotment that the app gives,

the app is horrible, and yes it's up to date. telling me I need to describe a car to place an order. it asks wayyyyyyyyy took many questions. just let me place my order and move on. geezuss

Used to be good app but last update makes it worthless. Can't review order specifics from cart. Only says large pizza, not what toppings. No order history. Used to have real time updates on when pizza would be ready. Now just has time estimate which never changes. Doesn't have Hut Rewards history only total points so if you can't remember how many points you have you'll not know if you don't get credit for order. Not all stores in my area participate. Worthless.

They have good specials, But! When u get ur pizza delivered it never has enough items on the pizza to make it worth the $27.00 u pay for a large one, not including taxes and delivery on top of that. I won't reorder that's for sure.

Trouble navigate through app. Slow response. Difficult to reach customer support. App link you to web page and keeps kicking you off

awful delivery tracker, ive ordered using the app about 8 times trying to give it the benefit of the doubt but man, it's always ATLEAST 30min past the delivery time and wont update at all. it kicks me out half the time when I try to order. pizzas always great but the app sucks

I tried to order a piazza for delivery. I tried everything but after 40 minutes I gave up. You can keep your app and piazza hut. 123456 didn't work. I didn't know what to do. Just confusing. My date is Nov 18. You need to make opening a account easier. I'm 72 years old . Thanks for nothing. Tell driver I left a tip. Good by

The email system is very slow: I didn't order pizza yesterday because of it... tried to add a new (navy blue) Chase Sapphire Preferred card using my phone's camera (Samsung Galaxy S20+), and the app had difficulty detecting it despite being against a white background... ended up manually typing the numbers instead
