The application is incomprehensible once you log in to the bank. I don't even know what it's for? All I understand is that there are paid options. Where does the money from my account go? In short, I don't recommend it.

Clunky and confusing
Update: Dear Developer- response is generic and unhelpful Help section in App is BOT led and inbox for support messaging is hidden away Its so clumsy Deposits take days to show Payments say recurring when they are not The lack of user friendliness and terrible support does make me wonder if I will keep using It feels a bit scam like and style over substance Signed up Help pages unhelpful Processes very confusing Online chat buried away in help section No clear inbox re chat help ( unless to a BOT) ‘Plum Interest' and ‘Interest Related' super confusing Makes me wanna close and leave

Why I’m leaving
I am leaving Plum due to its poor user experience as a result of their refusal to hire human workers. I am beyond disappointed. Any app in which its users are moving thousands of pounds between accounts needs HUMAN live chat agents who can understand the nuances of issues available around the clock. Plum also desperately needs a website that users can access via desktop.

No physical payment card available anymore and very limited banks supported in Ireland. Seems odd and they don't seem to be bothered 😕 transfers to and from my bank and Plum take days to complete while someone is making interest while they sit on the payment.
