Everything is unclear!
I loved this app at first but I find it so tricky to navigate the app! I never know what to tap to get where. Also, recently I haven't been able to switch my main linked bank account to set a direct debit up in app. Keeps giving me errors, AI assistant wasn't helpful and the human just asked me for my email, bank details etc, should they know those since I'm on a chat through the app itself whilst logged in??? I didn't want to close the chat to find these details since it's also unclear how to get back on a chat without acting like you're starting a new one. I'm so frustrated it's unreal. I've never left a review before but I'll be happy to find another app such as nude

Unusable - don't bother. Useless app that isn't fit for purpose and just wastes your time. Try and add money by selecting your bank and it's impossible to proceed as it just continually returns to / stays on the 'choose your bank' page, so you are stuck. Select the option to add it another way (bank transfer) and you just get a 'something went wrong' error message. Try the in app help and it's impossible to speak to a human and the chat bot is useless. Worst fintech app I have ever used!

Possible Scam
I went through all my details on this app. Giving away all my information to an app I don't know much about which I know I shouldn't do. But my banking app wouldn't open for them so hopefully I haven't been scammed

Do not use this app if you value your money.
If I could give this app one less than one star, I would. I've been using this app for years. To store money to gain an interest etc I actually recently upgraded to the pro plan. And the way I've been treated is disgusting. They told me my card was unlinked and I needed to re-link it. I never bothered doing this for two days after I got paid. I checked my bank and to my surprise. A £500 direct debit came out my account. Which is what usually goes into my Plum. Due to it being unlinked, I was surprised. I went into the app and went to withdraw it to my personal pocket. To take it out of my interest account. As I couldn't afford a £500 direct debit that month. So it says to me, it's not going to be available until the 31st of March (it's the 25th at this point.) which felt strange as all my other direct debits have never took this long to receive. I tried speaking to their “team” which have absolutely zero empathy and to be completely honest they're absolutely useless. They're quite clearly just people at home who have no clue how the app works themselves. So I thought. ‘Ok, the rules are I can't access it until the 31st. I'll just have to deal with it.' Now keep in mind every other time I've withdrawn money it's been in my account by the next day. It's now 230 in the afternoon on the 31st of March. I have no food in the house as all I'm relying on is this money coming back to my account. There's still no progress I've tried contacting a member of the team and I've been waiting over 15 minutes. Just don't bother there are plenty of other great savings apps out there

Plum account is good, but I really don't like the fact that it is app based only. I find the app difficult to navigate and too small and fiddly.

I withdrew money from my savings account for an unexpected car repair bill which I hadn't realised hadn't actually cleared from my current account. so they blocked my account stopped me from depositing and withdrawing from it and I messaged them on the 8th March and it is now 31st March and still not heard back from them to resolve the issue. poor customer service want your money but don't want to deal with enquiries once I have this issue dealt with I feel I will be closing the account.

This app was great. A definite 5 star until the recent update. Unable to transfer money now. The app gets stuck and is continuously buffering. Impossible to use. needs bug fixed.
