This is gambling
You're basically gambling money on the stockmarket. And they'll trade a position if your fund margin is too narrow, so you'd have to either put in more funds or take the loss. You don't own the stock. You get a CFD which basically makes it gambling. Thankfully I didn't put in too much money, just a bit to see how it works. Well, I've seen how it works. I can't recommend it.

I want plus500 there are update their app, example like that problem that I face always when I go to see my net profit or net loss, all of section what I close profit or loss amount there are always show me different amount.

Their customer support named Slaveya simply locked my account without any reason, now I have to go through FidRec to get my money back. Beware of their new policy!

*Poor Customer Service and Endless Department Transfers**
I am extremely disappointed with Plus500's customer service. My issue has been ongoing for a week and instead of resolving it, I keep getting forwarded to different departments without any real solution. The support team either gives generic responses or claims they'll escalate the matter, but nothing ever happens. The app itself is functional, but when problems arise (such as delays in withdrawals, account verification, or trade execution), getting help is nearly impossible. The lack of accountability and inefficient support system makes trading with Plus500 frustrating. If you're looking for a reliable broker with responsive customer service, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Plus500 fails to deliver when it matters most.

They are saying that my account been restricted Customer service anint responding why or when they will fix the case And case that they i don't know anything about and it's been almost 10 days 7000$ might be for ever gone Don't trust this app you might get stuck just like me!
