Discriminatory and Unethical
Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unjust Dismissal and Denial of Treatment for Diabetes Dear PlushCare Support Team, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience with PlushCare. I have been diagnosed with diabetes and sought care through your platform to manage my condition. However, during my recent appointment, I was unjustly accused of seeking weight loss drugs, despite my clear medical diagnosis for diabetes. This accusation was entirely unfounded and unprofessional. When I attempted to address the situation by raising a concern about the doctor's conduct and inappropriate assumptions, I was met with further unfair treatment. Instead of resolving the issue, PlushCare dismissed me from your service, effectively denying me the medical care I need for a legitimate and serious health condition. I find this decision both unacceptable and detrimental to my health. Denying necessary treatment based on an inaccurate assumption is not only discriminatory but potentially harmful. I am requesting an immediate review of this matter, as well as a formal response explaining the rationale behind these actions. Please restore my access to care and address the concerns I've raised regarding this treatment. I expect that PlushCare will uphold the standard of professionalism and patient care that is expected from a healthcare provider. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue.

This use to be my go to app for Health care and prescription refills, but recently their prices went WAY up. $150 a Vist and $14.99 a month "subscription"- just to book an appointment without having to call- it's absolutely crazy expensive. Most other online services are around $50 (which is what I used to pay for plushcare). The doctors on here are constantly leaving too. You just get to know one, and they are gone. So keep that in mind before you book an appointment.

What a horrible experience twice! In both cases, the doctor never showed. And when you call the customer service line you just receive apologies, and an offer to reschedule. No thank you.

It doesn’t worth it
Don't waste your time on this app-service, it was the worst medical experience I've ever had in my life since I live in US. They charged me $129 dólar even I sent them my non-copay health insurance card and after I've done all-almost-same day-exame, they don't let me make other appt unless I pay other amount of $129 dollar! I mean, I spent my time, money and my sanity!

I have booked appointments 3 times in a row & every time I am unable to connect with the doctor. Plushcare says it's on my end, however, prior to this when I connect with my PCP there is always technical issues on HER end, but she manages to fix them. These 3 doctors didn't try. The 1st one marked me as a no show & charged ne $75 even though I could see her, I could hear her breathing & typing. I said hello numerous times & she never said a word. I called plushcare & they credited me back.

Got scammed hard by these guys. Here's what happened: I logged in for my appointment on time. Dr. never joined the call. I immediately get a $75 fee for "no show." Neither the Support Service/Message Center nor my Dr. are responding now. Because of this, I'm trying to cancel my membership but the app will not let me pull up my account info or billing info. This is absolutely illegal and a form of malpractice. Stay away from this sketchy service.
