App update
I have not been able to use my iPhone app since the update. Tells me to connect to WiFi or cellular service. Duh! I am connected.

There is a TON that I can say about PNC business banking. It's definitely not good. It's my opinion that certain business owners get loans instead of a line of credit on a card. Then, the fees are ridiculous for the threshold. The app is ok for the most part but to not be able to wire someone money from a business account is terrible to me.

I would give a 5 star rating but i don't like the new fees that have been added in the banking system. I mean the bank uses our money on investments, making them money and now you penalize the same people who you barrow from, making more money. Another thing is i was in the low in my checking account with a charge pending that was gonna cause an overdraft. i had a check from work and I tried to do a mobile deposit but it wouldnt let me cause I was in the low causing an overdraft fee, not right

Leaving PNC
I've set up auto pay multiple times with the app, as well as customer service. I've submitted multiple forms via email to complete this. Money is in the account for the auto payment. It NEVER WORKS. Month after month I have to make calls to fix this, make a now late payment, and receive assurances that the auto pay is set. Looking forward to completing this personal loan payment and never doing business with PNC again.
