This app doesn't open all the clothes time. Also, when it pops up, you have to wait on the app or close frustrating Asking to tell more but not popping up... I'm going to close.....

i spent way too much time trying to do a single Zelle transaction. and multiple lockouts for my "security" were hugely inconvenient. NOT LOVING IT.

You can see the bare minimums, when the app works properly. It's so glitchy and when you can't do something, there is no explanation. So many services and options "unavailable at this time". It was a mistake opening a business account with PNC. Oh, you can't change your pin at an ATM like advertised. We'll close this account soon and move on to better options.

The app crashed frequently, kicking me out when I'm in the middle of a deposit and frequently forgets my biometric selection, this resetting and making me login with my password.

Glitchy performance which is a big disappointment as someone who relies on this living abroad. Randomly deleted telephone details which are used to log in now cannot access my balance or perform any transactions.

Garbage. Regularly freezes up or isn't available. You can't send Zelle payments from the website. The app is the only option and half the time if you try to send multiple payments it stops working after the first and you have log out and back in.

Internet access via Android works when de vice is loaded with gigs, but does not when out of minutes. Actual phone calls works well - auto menu. E- mails also efficient
