PNC Mobile Banking - Latest Quality Issues

The app has said the app I said momentarily unavailable since Sunday early a.m. It's Monday evening now. As a matter of experience, there's always "maintenance" and no marked improvements.

The PNC app is very useful, helpful, and easy to operate. You have access to all your account information as well as actions like check deposits, transfers, and sending/receiving money with Zelle. The only issue is occasionally the app will not load properly and you may have to try to sign in again later.

They block payments often. and they make me tell them every transaction that I tried making. after they blocked payments on my card. like it isn't me. And forced to call them every time...

logs me in and then immediately logs me off

it may be faster to drive to the bank and stand in line there as opposed to using the app after the update. within 1 sec of login it popped up a prompt that you are logged out repeatedly. when you click on Zelle, it instantly logs you out but keeps you in the app with partial access without telling you that you are actually logged out and keeps telling you that Zelle is currently unavailable. try again later instead of just telling you that you are logged out although you are in the app.

just did an update and now it will not work POS

Constantly forgets fingerprints for biometric auth. I can understand forcing password auth once a month, bimonthly or quarterly .. but weekly? Come on!! This app used to be better, recent updates for "experience upgrades" have made it worse.
