Predatory Algorithm
This app is less poker and more a glorified rigged slot machine disguised with cards. The algorithm is laughably predatory. Dealing statistically absurd bad beats to drain your chips and conveniently nudging you toward buying more. Flops, turns, and rivers defy logic and make real poker strategy useless and your “luck” is purely determined by how much the game wants you to lose. Sure it throws free chips at you like a desperate casino handing out free drinks but it's just part of the con. If you enjoy donating your money to a glorified scam, go ahead but for anyone who actually understands poker this app is a complete joke.

Support not helpful or understanding
I've been playing this game for years and I still do actually enjoy playing. It's a great and fun game to play, however when you come across an issue such as not receiving the full offers that are advertised when making a purchase or even an in game issue like not having a jump bar to make it to the playoffs which is extremely frustrating. I've contacted support 5 times 1 month ago and still have not got a response(reason for my review). Finally let's say they do respond, the response would be the issue is on your end LOL. They actually owe me a good amount of chips that I'll never see which is absurd considering the ridiculous prices they have. When you do make a purchase you will magically win for bit but don't get excited it will be taken right back I assure you. This game is designed to to take your money and they never give you anything I'm return which is also absurd considering it's fake chips.

This game is rigged. Playing for a year and then it set me back to zero. Don't waste your time!! Their support is just as lame. Rating should be no stars. It won't let u pick that option.

Total rip off
Won three hands in six days. Game is a totally controlled by them. Sick, twisted, disgustingly discretionary people who run it. Lost over 500 million without winning a single all in hand, over five days of playing. Had ace king suited 9 times never saw a win. Game is a disgrace to poker.😤😤😤
