Reported a software defect and the support team refused to help address beyond saying re-install the app, which did not fix the issue. Specifically, the tablet version cannot geolocate so it won't let me play.

They lock you out of your account for absolutely no reason freezing up any money that you have deposited so you can't play the game or withdrawal your money. Absolutely do NOT recommed this app. They STEAL your money!!!!!

I'm sorry but this is just one of those gambling experiences where you lose alot before you win, they never allow you a come up and I very much feel the programming is set to rob you every time. It's not like a real casino where anything can happen it knows how much you put in and will never allow you to get more than 10% of what you put in back out. It was fun at first but I just don't trust this app.

Worst experience of a game I've had. Not only did I loose my money but the app didn't even make me feel like I had a chance. Everything from the glitches to not being able to withdraw my money the errors all made me feel like I made a mistake and gave them my money. It was designed to win 100% of the time. And when. I sought after help it takes me to the web and then says the page is unavailable. Just super dissatisfied.
