Stuck on load screen
Spent money for chips I can't use. Stuck on load screen for over a week. Garbage app. Tried deleting and reloading and restarting, NOTHING WORKS. Impossible to get a hold of support.

Kick out of game - Unable To Connect To Game Server
I love this game but I've been kicked out for a week and not getting any support. I was instructed to email them to get something rebooted but no luck. I've deleted the app and redownloaded and still no luck.

Great while it lasted. Now I can't open the app I've done everything I can think of uninstalling reinstalling yet it still will not open I don't know what to do I've spent money in the app and now I can't get into it I'm hoping someone will help me

The game is good, however there are a lot of problems with the servers and it is constantly crashing or you simply can't even enter. The application was practically 1 week without working and even from the playstore disappeared! Which prevented several people from achieving weekly goals!! To make matters worse, and to my amazement, we didn't receive any kind of explanation from the game's support or any kind of compensation! Which is a huge lack of consideration for everyone who has the game installed
