I forgot my password because I was used to biometric data. Now I can't access my real money account. And I never get an email to reset my password... They even ask for your DNA. It's a disgrace.

All things Poker Stars are as complicated, non-intuitive, and clunky as could be. Website, browser, apps. Only the desktop app is good and it's a total mess to familiarize yourself with and find club games. If gambling wasn't addictive nobody would use this
