Very bad application. On my computer I have the PC version installed and I can play for real money. And in this app you can't. Gross. I don't recommend it at all.

Worst game, I'm trying to purchase chips for the last few days, but it does not let me buy the chips. What's the point of the entire game, then ? Waste of time... I tried contacting the support team aswell they are even bad. I can't ever resolve the issue.

It's frustrating enough that for the last few months any attempts to make in-app purchases always fail but what really infuriates me is how truly PATHETIC their "customer support" division is I can't recall a single company I've ever encountered that had customer service anywhere near this bad it's damn near impossible to contact them to begin with as their website is a MESS and even when you are able to they respond with completely useless, irrelevant information and resolve NOTHING

I love Jackpot Poker and the Vegas Infinite thing came... I did the process and I couldn't download it on my cell phone because it says my device doesn't allow it but I have Android 12 and I lost everything I played in 10 years on Jackpot.... I can't go back. What do I do? How do we stand?
