So far, so good. I have ordered 2 or 3 times on the app. One problem is that they were out of items at the store. But not on the app.

The updated app allows me to look at the full menu but there's nowhere to make the actual purchase. I know bugs happen but this was very frustrating.

The app purposely freezes every time you ask for help or would like to give feedback.

My first time trying the delivery option directly from the app. My biggest hesitation was not being able to get the “offers”/special prices but I was and really I only paid $4 for them to bring it to me.

I'm giving four stars because when I use the app something is normally missing from my order. Usually it's the biscuits.

For some reason this Popeyes on North highland just don't set well with me I've tried to mind my own business but it keeps bugging me, I can't believe that it is so dirty inside it's like no one can empty it the trash or clean the tables and I really don't want to go into the restrooms if the insides look like this can you imagine. Yesterday there was tea dripping I told one of the employees and they said okay but they never tried to do anything and it looks like mice dropping in the Conner 😞

A la carte shrimp don't work. The price comes up as $4.49 but the final price is $9.85 somehow.

Ordered a meal deal that cost over $10. 4 piece plus 2 sides and biscuits. I got 2 pieces of chicken, a small slaw (I ordered Mac n cheese) and got no biscuits not to mention I had a side order of dirty rice I didn't get either. Ordered no spice and didn't even touch any of it because it was suspect. Waste of $20 with my requests. Pittifull
