Not letting me order
At first I ordered using the app all the time. Then one day I ordered delivery and it never showed up. I emailed countless times and they never resolved my issue and I had to call my bank to get my money back. After I tried ordering again it kept on saying that there was a problem with my orders. It won't let me order or use my points which I've accumulated.

Difficult to order
Can't order the regular items I want to order off the menu. It seems like the app tries to get you to order party items or other specific orders instead of ordering the family bucket I normally order.

Fast and good
Service was fast and food was good. Took one star because wings weren't exactly warm.

I couldn't sign in with the Hotmail account I normally use. The app asks me to put in a verification code. My email never receives the code in either my inbox or junk folder. The app would only let me sign in using a Gmail account. I emailed Popeyes some time ago, but haven't heard back in an update. If I can't sign in, I can't use the points on my Hotmail account. Please fix the issue.
