Had to wait two hours for my order cause it got cancelled, had to order again, and this one is taking longer than usual, got charged twice too by an order that got cancelled

Do not order thru this app. I love the food, but the last two times I orders thru the app and not DoorDash my food was stolen. Do not use this app. Customer service is also ZERO help.

Can't use nothing in the app , can't log in . Can't use the rewards . Not nothing . Fix it

This app was my go-to for lunch. Discounted prices for overpriced chicken, sounds great! They recently added an update where to have to have $15 minimum to deliver. This wouldn't be an issue if an $8 item, $17 order with tax/fees, didn't count for the $15 minimum. They only count the $8, despite the app telling you in the corner that with all the extra fees you're paying more than the minimum. This change makes the app unusable for a single person just trying to get lunch.

I hate this and you are forcing people to spend 20$ after delivery and taxes when before I can order one thing or two things. Revert this change.

Told me to update my app after ordering. Even tho app was just downloaded

Just did an in store order to go. Was shorted Apple cinnamon pies. Also took too long to fill order.

I ordered from this app and as i was on my way to pick it up. I checked the status and it gave me an error “order price”. I refreshed and my order disappeared. I made a new order and it charged me for both. I ask for a refund, they replied in an email transferring me to someone else. That was a week ago.
