The interface on this app is vastly improved compared to a year ago. I rarely used it then because it just wasn't iPhone app. Intuitive. No snob implied, but there is a certain way of doing things. The user interface is more to the liking of people that are trying to get their order in and out. Thank you, Popeyes for fixing this, or at least improving it at the very least.

You might get a few better deal when you get this app but it unreliable the delivery tracking is terrible, the fees are high and if your order don't come the support is terrible

The food just doesn't taste the same anymore the drinks are water down

The first time I used it I was charged but my order apparently was never sent to the restaurant. Support said they'd contact me in 24-48 hours. Awesome, I'm starving and the whole reason I used the app was to grab and go. Tried calling and the phone just redirects you back to the report system.

New restaurant built in Naugatuck. Today I was in the area and placed order for the first time with the app. About 5 minutes later I got to the restaurant and the app still said the order 73 was being prepared and would be ready soon. I went inside and the order was already waiting on a rack. The app never updated to tell me the order was ready.

App works great except I was not able to choose dark/white meat when getting chicken combo. Wanted dark but a 3pc automatically came white meat. Now trying to see how to contact store to make change so my order is what I want.

Ordered from Popeyes and had no pies available at the store but I already paid for them in the app so when I get to the window they inform me they are all out and I have to “request a refund” through the app only to find out there is no option to do so. What scam

the gps location in this app is not accurate, causing me spending extra time to look for the nearest store.

Made an order though the app, got to restaurant and they refused my order through the drive though because I made the order thought the app. Couldn't go in, I had two sleeping kids in the car. Tried to use customer service through app and they never responded. Very frustrating and disappointing, the food is was for me and my kids.
