The function to change delivery does not work. Changed from delivery to the mailbox to instead pick up the package at the delivery location. This is registered in the package history. But the Post Office is still trying to deliver to the mailbox. Which is not possible due to the package size. I am notified that the package will instead be delivered to the delivery location. Which then delays the delivery time. Bug in the app or someone who is unable to understand the customer's wishes? Why not just send the package directly to the delivery location?

The app is decent, but now I want to avoid using Posten for a while. I sold an item via Finn.no with "Fiks ferdig", and chose "Small" (Up to 5kg and 35 cm x 25 cm x 12 cm). The item I sold has dimensions of 30.5 cm x 13 cm x 5.4 cm - and is well within that. When the sale was completed, something like "make sure to pack the item well" came up. I find a box, which I believe I adjusted to be within the dimensions. Today, 22.01.2025, I receive an invoice for an "underfranked package" of NOK 137. Bad customer service!

Very poor tracking. Why have you removed the location name from the spring. ????? Is now just a meaningless message that the package is being prepared for further transport. But the location is missing. Selecting a favorite pickup location also fails at my address

EVERY TIME! I'm going to send a letter and buy stamps digitally, I get a message that something is wrong, but the money is deducted from Vipps anyway. So then I do it again and everything works just fine. If stamps are supposed to cost 50 kroner each, it's starting to get a bit expensive

You are using a phone number I don't want/have not given you = it gets confusing - and this gets too troublesome and things don't work as expected. This delivery method was probably "invented" by someone who has been sitting alone in the boys' room for too long, and lost the ability to social communication - which is very important in a delivery and trading context - this group of young males who have spent far too much time alone in front of a screen, without social response "in real time" don't understand that.....

I use the Posten app regularly and really appreciate its functionality. However, there is one recurring problem: - I have set the language to Norwegian Bokmål in the settings, but after each update of the app, the language is automatically switched back to English. This is frustrating, as I have to change it manually every time. It seems that the language setting is not "saved" across updates. Please fix this so that the app remembers my language choice permanently. Thank you.
