Terrible! I ordered food for my family and realized that at the last second, it was for the wrong address, so I canceled right away. However, I was still charged even though it was not even in their system for a damn minute. It took me forever to find customer support that was not an ai system. When I did, I was told I was not eligible for a refund! How! I canceled right away how am I not eligible for a refund! I will not support an app that takes money like this from their customers. 0 stars!!!

Postmates is a disgraceful company. If you order food and it gets delivered messed up they REFUSE to refund anything or even acknowledge the mess up. This company continually is in complete violation of consumer laws. Not only do they not assume liability, they also just assume the food was correct without any proof. If you try to provide proof they dismiss it. Do not use this company!!

Do not use this app. They are not good. I have waited almost 2 hours for popeye's only to be told that I could not get a refund for the cancelation. It should not take that long. They kept saying the arrival time later in later

Doesn’t save your credit card info
When I tried to add my debit card to purchase an order it gave me a “sorry, something went wrong” An unknown error occurred, please try again soon. Try it several times and it gave me the same message

Would be convenient if I got correct orders and had efficient support
I have 3 kids and often use delivery apps because it's just easier… or SHOULD be easier. But everytime I order food I am missing items and when I try to get in contact with Postmates to fix the issue I get “your order is not eligible for a refund” when I'm clearly missing food I PAID for. And you can only contact them through saying there's something wrong with your order and then waiting 2 days for a response. There's no customer service number to call. And then when they do respond they're gonna tell you even if you were missing items you can't get a refund which is absolute NS because I just way overpaid to have this food delivered for the convenience and it turned into more of an inconvenience than before because now I don't have enough food to feed me and my kids and paid money for items I didn't even get. Postmates is trash, the customer service is trash and the “solutions” they offer for your order being wrong are usually trash.

Refund Policy
My order didn't arrive and should have received the same amount of money back. It would be the honest thing to do to correct the issue.

The app marks the wrong building even though i set the marker exactly on my front porch. The driver was only provided my building address, but not the apartment number, even after i already plugged in the unit number. Very frustrating.

Don’t make the mistake I did
Agreed to Postmates free trial of uber1. Never used it because rates were still more expensive than free DoorDash (food is crazy marked up even with the premium account). I set a reminder for myself and on day 29 but unfortunately they apparently charge you for the next month on day 28. I attempted to cancel the membership. The app wouldn't let me and told me to contact Support. Ya good luck. No support on the app, had to go on the website, no response there, no response to my email, only phone number I could find was out of service. Eventually was helped days later by their Twitter page. And surprise surprise they charged me again this month even though my card isn't even on file and I have receipts that's my account was cancelled and my app says I don't have a premium account. Total scam. Fraudulent gross business. Someone should sue, I'm sure I'm not the only one. I'll look forward to my settlement check.
