Charges your account, doesn't place order!! I was charged for an order, but it never placed, when attempting to get help from the so-called "Help Chat," it only helps with current orders, which is not showing because it was never placed! There are NO customer service numbers to call, and there is NO live chat to assist. I seriously don't know why I re-download this app. It's trash! Update- Emailed their customer support email, which a kickback email stated, this email is not monitored! TRASH!

Awful Customer Service for Longtime Customer; Not Worth the Money
The quality of Postmates' customer service has officially gone down hill, making it insane for me to use over cheaper and more diverse options like Grubhub at this point. Not only does postmates charge you multiple taxes (they have two separate delivery taxes that just use different language (??) and STILL ask you to tip the driver), they'll then keep every cent of your order even if they NOR the restaurant fulfilled the order. A multimillion dollar company taking money from someone for service they did NOT render in this economic climate is insane. ( I called the restaurant and they confirmed the order was voided so they didn't get the payment and yet postmates says they did 🙃). What's worse? The app glitched. I had to cancel my order because THEIR app made it a delivery AFTER I chose pick-up, and instead of them refunding my cute $25 in light of me being their customer for a decade and giving them literally THOUSANDS on dollars last year (don't judge my non-cooking habits), they chose to be greedy and condescending by having Ralph just read a script back to me over and over again, which tells me they value $25 over my business so they can have the former instead. I'm floored. Will literally never use this app again.

Delivery times arbitrary
Delivery times are usually incorrect. Food usually arrives much later than suggested when ordering. This has happened to me so frequently that it's never a surprise. I just ordered for pickup and the time listed was 25 minutes to pick up. When the order confirmed the pick up time changed to 40 minutes. Even if you pay extra for faster direct delivery it's usually later than the longer estimate. That's a big difference. Very annoying.

Will double charge you to take account credits
Multiple times when I was given account credit because of missing order items, they would charge the tip a second time. I discovered it accidentally and went back to look and it was not a one off thing. Buyer beware.

Order is always wrong.
Can't stress enough how frustrated it is to have your order wrong almost every time. Somehow the same restaurant on DoorDash never have this problem.
