PostNord - Track your parcels | unitQ Score

PostNord is an unusable delivery service. This is my first ever app store review, that's how bad this system is. Every single other package delivery service manages to send a text message with a pickup code. PostNord has decided to go with an alternate route, forcing you to create an account and sending you a 20 character long delivery ID that you have to type in the app one character at a time to get the parcel locker code. There are no spaces in the 20 character delivery ID, making it difficult to make out. The amount of hoops you have to jump through to pick up a package is staggering. Introducing unnecessary complexity for a consumer who just wants to pick up a package means that consumers will, given the chance, opt for any alternative- regardless of cost. I will always select an alternate delivery service going forward. I hope the novelty of having an application with running data and maintenance costs that drives customers away is worth it for the executives who want to larp as a Silicon Valley tech firm. Update: Even with the app, I'm unable to pick up a package. It says I need to register a plethora of email addresses, and then nothing happens. Our package will return to sender and we'll receive a refund. We will tell the vendor that this is solely because PostNord won't let us pick up our package. I hope more vendors have to refund people and they will realize it's because of PostNord and discontinue business with them.

Lousy app, and company, package delayed 13 days and in that time it has just been moved between Herning and taulov. Customer service is non-existent and to get to them, you have to go through a chatbot, designed to make you give up. If you see a wound that comes through to support, they respond with "we can't help" followed by folding the call or chat.

PostNord's problem with the well-functioning app is that you can see how slow the delivery the company offers

I got a text message that they had tried to deliver the package but it was a pure lie because I was at home and no one has rang the doorbell

31/3 it said it will come today. The day after it says it will come tomorrow 2/4. Often problems with delivery PostNord.

lived in norway for twenty years. postnord norway says i don't live here so can't download the app, with or without VPN

3 times that you fail to deliver in the mailbox. badly☠️

It has gotten bad lately, I can't use it at all, it just stands and loads.
