Package gone
I have 3 packages that I sent that they didn't know where they are and don't get any sensible answers about what's going on. Either PostNord has to review its routines or they have staff who can't do their job

No real people - useless bot
My package is mistakenly set to home delivery, but I know that I will not be present, so I try to get it changed to the right one - parcel shop delivery. To save my time and that of the postman. There are no opportunities to chat with a real person, it says in many places that you can in these and these times and days. I only have the opportunity to "chat" with a robot that understands nothing and can do nothing.

It's crazy that you have to be home for a whole day because you ordered a package. Would be so much better if there was a delivery point where you can pick up your package instead when it fits in time :(

"You've fixed QR for return bulls*it"! Created return, the website showed QR, entered the app return was already included (nice, fast), but was there any QR? No! Luckily I took the pictures of the QR code that the website showed otherwise there would never be a return, she at the agent asked if I had even received an email, because the QR code may exist, but no. NOTHING!

Can't get physical contact with customer service, no matter how I try in the chat. They do not return inquiries.

Flawed app. Unfortunately, you cannot choose how you want to receive your package. Therefore, another driver will now drive in vain - to the detriment of both the climate, the environment and not least the customer. The app also does not work with MitID. It reports errors all the time. I've never experienced such a lousy app
