All of a sudden you don't get notifications anymore. Neither by text message nor by email. Although everything is correct regarding the number and so on. Very annoying. Luckily you check the app sometimes.

There is nothing in my life that I hated more than picking up a parcel with PostNord The most important: - The delivery notification SMS never arrived - The pick up point was not at the communicated address - The pick up point was also not were shown on the map (which was also different to the above) - One needs an app for the locker - One needs an account for the locker - One needs Bluetooth for the locker - One only learns about ALL of the above when standing in front of the locker

Have nothing to say about the app BUT DO NOT USE POSTNORD! The second time they stop outside and send: could not deliver. Last time it was during the day so could complain, he drove straight back and pretended like nothing happened. Delivery until 22 there should be customer service open!
