I pay a yearly subscription fee…
Yet I still have to deal with ads. The last thing I want to hear when listening to the Word of God or hearing a prayer is an announcement about a word from our sponsor. Now it happen in the beginning and midway. It's disrespectful! not renewing again! Hearing about bum cream and other ads. I will listen to podcasts. NOW, you have an ad where I have to hear “a message from my favorite president?!” The gall of you all putting this rapist on the app. I WILL NOT be renewing. Yes, we all fall short of God's Glory however this man is abhorrent. I am so disappointed in this app. You used to be a blessing, now a malediction.

Questionable ad
I truly struggled with a Trump ad as I listened to morning prayer this morning. It was a huge distraction. I had to say a prayer to get through the prayer. Otherwise, this is by far my favorite app.

Review
When listening to the sleep segments, there should be commercials that are within the same decibel. The commercials are too loud, sound levels are not cohesive with sleep so it will disturb you.

Good content
I appreciate this app for the opportunity it offers to develop my relationship with God through daily prayer, Bible reading, and sermons. That being said, I'm less than fond of the constant pop up ad to “donate”, either $20/mo or $30/mo as a “super donor”, which would allow me to listen to more content and that content being ad free. I'm sure I'd appreciate all the varied content offered behind this pay wall, but $20-30/mo is too expensive for any app. Maybe if I knew what specifically that “donation” was being applied to, I'd be more comfortable trying to justify it in my family's budget, but given that I don't have that knowledge, it's just not a purchase I'm going to make so the constant pop up ad in the app is with annoying.

I love this app. But the political lectures are too much lately. Just preach the word and do the work. Please stop deviating from the message to lean into the political climate.
