They only allow payments from certain banks, making it hard to impossible to pay your bill.

I can't get ahead with Premier. for years I paid my bill faithfully, never behind. they won't give me a break to catch up. they kero giving high penalties. being a good customer means nothing to them. they would not let me make any arrangements. if I try to stop the account so I can get caught up they still charge me exorbitant fees. don't ever get behind.

App keeps freezing on the load in page. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing. Very inconvenient.

it's telling me all of a sudden that the app is no longer compatible with my device and it's the same device I have used for the past 5 years and it was compatible then but now it's no longer compatible apparently this is absolutely an awful app
