I've had this installed on my phone for the last 3 years and now all of a sudden my phone isn't supported, it has Android 11 on it and still won't update.

Please fix the app so I could pay my bill on time… please. It's been broken for months.

The app launches you see the logo screen but it gets stuck there. Can't log into account. Been like this for the last 2-3 month.

Do not use this card!! It is not worth the stress and headache. I lost my job for a few months and called in. Was told I would be placed on a credit protection program, they lied and never put me on it. When I noticed the changes and called they said no one put me on one and it was too late to put me on it now. When I called in to figure some other account issues out. Spoke to a “SUPERVISOR” named Paul. Was severely rude and unprofessional. Purposely provoked a seizure out of me which is ATTEMPTED MURDERER. Had to file a police report. When I called the company to file a dispute against him. Spoke with another Supervisor named Heather. Instead of escalating it and handling it like she should have. She tells me if I want anything done, I have to write a letter to a PO Box and hope they respond. Clearly meaning the company planned on doing nothing about it and condones Paul's felony and poor behavior!

There's no way on the app, online or by phone to change an automatic payment.

This is a terrible card to have unless you are desperate to rebuild your credit. They charge you a ridiculous fee to raise a lil bit. Their monthly charge is outrageous. I don't highly recommend. Their credit limit is tiny increments when I have 9k, 6k and 4k on others after 5 years great standing they have given me only $825 they do not care to help you.

This app is not user friendly at all.

Premier has too many fees and so quick to charge a late fee

The app will not open for me. I've reset my phone and even deleted and reinstalled the app.
