Preply allows fraud
Tutor rescheduled lesson late during the night and I was charged for it. Preply allows scam. Avoid!

They stole my money after years of use. My account did not go inactive. They will not answer my email.

You might end up getting reply from customer service hours later. Instructors are able to reschedule your lessons without a valid reason. I was going to have a class in a few hours, but the instructor changed my schedule to 11 days later. Refund process takes 30 days. Also, instead of refund, they try to put the money back to your preply account. They also charge instructors 18-33% with their awful service.

The app lacks a lot of things that are only available on the website, it is not available to choose and take courses, for example. Leaving something to be desired.

This application is designed in a way to take advantage of ESL people, specifically with subscription. It would basically force you to get into contracts and subscriptions. Be careful

Lost credits just because were not used before the next payment date. The subscription is working as a fraud. Very disappointed, after using it for quite some time.

Never recommend preply to anybody since this platform doesnt respect thier student. Dont start with preply. This is really ridiculous platform. I have been learning eng study in here more than year. Whenever i have problem caused by preply system, i contacted preply staff but they tossed my issue to one another and never solve.
