The app is frustrating: it never loads, the inventory is outdated, and it's useless for planning purchases. We pay for a membership expecting quality, but this is mediocre and disappointing. I understand that their main goal is to lower costs, but how do they justify offering such poor service?

Terrible. It always takes a long time to load. Also, the app sends messages that don't redirect properly when you click on them and the notification balloon keeps appearing.
