The description about how to reach the lounge is always very bad. It's almost never written which gate is the closest which is the easiest to locate. It looks like they don't want you to find it. Most of the lounges always full or overbooked or closed at night.

No benefits at all
It used to make sense to have it, not anymore. All restaurants have been cut. Lounge access has huge hour restrictions and you basically can't use it. Priority lounge has absolutely no worth anymore.

Can’t use to show to staff
Staff don't even recognize if I a member of it after showing the application with my details in it.
