it's kinda hard to maneuver around in the app, especially i want a copy of my insurance card and it use to have a link where u chose to send to ur home address and now there's none, disappointing. my daughter was involved in a accident and to get the vehicle back is the worst!!!

I asked your app to sign up for accident response. Instead your app wants me to sign up, login, offer my dna, submit a blood test and give you a molecular map of my genome. Do not make my life more complicated for a service I am paying for

Do not use progressive insurance! If you need to file a claim, they will ghost you, deny everything, blame you, drag everything out for as long as possible and will not tell you the truth! Any advice they give you do not believe, they are not trying to help you!
