It's useless. They force you to get this. If yiu don't you pay more. it slways says that i sm breaking too hard. One day i was on the Blig I and had to slam on my brakes or hit the vehicle in front of me. Of course the spp didn't catch it.

Their app continues to run in the background of my phone which causes continuous drainage of my phone battery. Their app even runs in the background when my phone is sitting on my night stand when I'm sleeping.

I was monitoring my driving history and yesterday my lincoln mkz driving history was a 4 star and had been for a few weeks, then today I look at my record and I am at 3 stars. I didn't have any other hard stops since February 11th, so why did we go from 4 to 3star? so they can charge me more?
