I sent an email asking about the car that was being canceled. I did not get a direct answer and instead got a plethora of suggestions for what card I could use instead. That was not even remotely my question. I asked some specific questions so I can understand what card it is that you guys were saying would be canceled. On my third email when I specify that yet again I still got no response. why the bad customer service? I only asked one question. It's an EBT app so nobody is patient nor cares?

it won't switch my location and jobs from different locations won't stop showing but other than that it's good it also should tell you when your stuff is about to be on your card that would help just some things to update if possible but I love the app

Always had trouble with the app. I forgot my email and never been able to get back in it. Tech support wasn't a help either.
