When I try to enter the app it keeps saying that the PS is not connected to the same internet network

Ok, so everytime I try to connect it to my phone, it says, "Something went wrong" multiple times. Not only it says it for my phone, it also says the same thing for my PS Portal. I hope in the future I'm able to connect it to my PS5 but for now, this is getting 1 star.

I have a good internet connection, my PS5 is connected via Ethernet to the router, and I'm on the other side almost attached to the router via Wi-Fi 6 and every now and then it kicks me out, there's a lot of lag. It's unplayable and frustrating and it didn't happen so much before, I don't know if it's due to the new update but they should give the app a better optimization.

It is a wonderful app to be able to play from your mobile if you do not have a television or if your controller is damaged, but the only bad thing is that sometimes it tends to give delays in the image which can be a little annoying but other than that everything is fine.

Horrible it takes a million trys to log into remote play. And then there is the lag time in multiplayer games. The sudden closing off the app. Where you lose all progress and perks. And only works with a perfect or near perfect connection. However when it does work correctly it's awesome and cool that PlayStation has this option. I live on the East Coast. My brother and his family live on the West Coast. PlayStation is how we are able to spend quality time together. And wife with his wife

HORRIBLE APP MY SON INSTALLED IT TO PLAY WHILE WE WATCH TV. SO FAR HE WAS ABLE TO ENTER THE GAME AND SUCH BUT AN ADVERTISEMENT APPEARS EVERY MINUTE OF THE MATCH, TAKING AWAY THE PLAYER'S TOTAL SATISFACTION, HORRIBLE, IMPROVEMENTS!!!!!??
