This app is bs its still telling me payment is due immediately when i payed on 11/06/2024 then due to it saying that i made a second payment on 11/08/2024 by mastake from it still saying payment due ... Even when i first rented my unit i was over charged called the number to dispute the extra charges and was told i would recieve reimbersement in the mail and nothing came so yea app is bs and people are bs

Updated to new rev. 2.05, and now my phone informs me that something called "Beacon Radar" is running in the background. What is that? It's part of new update, apparently. I didn't ask for that. There's no way to turn it off! Running in the background means it's draining my battery. Can I go back to previous version? Or should I delete entire Public Storage app and just reload when I need it once or twice a year?

Three people who work there took $200.00 because they wanted to collect $4,000.00 and supposedly the system on the computer failed and they stole the money. One of them took my cell phone, entered the business app and wrote a good review for me, when it is false.

A. Online representatives/agents that are lacking in communication skills but ARE snarky and officious. B. A general manager, Corey Suyematsu, that deems doing his job a 'courtesy' to anyone unlucky enough to have rented a storage space. C. On location agents that are verbally confrontational to the point of abuse, and look to be active drug users with open, red and runny uncovered sores on their faces. I could, and would, go on in detail but Google limits the of words. AVOID!

What a scam...I paid 500. 24 hr access they told me I'm only allowed 3 hrs a day to move my belongings and I can't even use a outlet to charge my phone or the key to the toilet.30 foot long unit can take me days to load organize unload. They lied and won't refund my money in Fairless hils

Useless app. I'll literally pull up 6 inches from the gate and it says there's no door. Or it will see the door, I'll hit the button to open and... nothing. Good thing they give you a code you can enter manually, but they change it just as you start to memorize it. It also keeps telling me I don't have automatic payment when I do and have this whole time. Waste of space on my phone.

I've contacted the company about this issue. I've re-installed this app 4 times to resolve, I tried speaking with someone at the storage facility and customer service to try to troubleshoot with me, and I went on 2 different devices to use the app and website to make payment. When I select make payment, nothing happens other than the button lighting up because it was pressed.
