Trash The application doesn't function. If you call CS they say the property handles the issue. If you ask the property manager they say corporate handles the issue. Updating the app doesn't work. I uninstalled, updated and cleared the cache. The issue is a bug in the system. If the app believes you have multiple units, it will display a secondary window to chose the gate you want to open. This window does not connect with the gate.

The app is just serviceable. I had an issue with the door code to access my unit and no one was there to help me(in person, by phone, by text messages). The most terrible experience I have encountered regarding a storage unit. The lock has been broken for 3 days and no one seemed to care to fix it. When I contacted their customer service to access to my unit, I was told that the issue would be fixed in 24 hours. I missed my tee time and all the appointments for today. I would not recommend PS.

I have been calling my storage unit for 4-5 days, each time i want to leave a message for the Mgr the phone hangs up before the 1st ring. What is that? I list my unit key and was told there was nothing they could do. I went on line and was told that i have about 3-4 options. I need to know what thos options are. If you don't know speak to someone who knows. Please don't ignore this message. Is there someone over the mgr? Hope to heR from you soon.

Kinda works app
99.99 % of my use of the app is opening the gate. I have to open the app, then close it, then reopen it before it will establish connectivity with the security gate keypad kiosk. And this for entering and exiting the property both sitting right next to the kiosk. I've tried waiting a minute at the kiosk before opening the app, opening the app enroute to the location, tapping the heck outta the gate connect button. Nope. Gotta open it right at the kiosk, close it, reopen once more and the gate connect button activates indicating connectivity with the kiosk. Must be some sort of profit or gain the developers get based on how often the app is opened?🤣

Can’t find vehicle storage
Not good at all. Tried looking for vehicle storage on computer and now in the app. Keeps listing results for storage units. Only want list of vehicle storage spaces but keep getting small - large storage units. Just a waste of time at this point.

App doesn’t work
The app still doesn't work after the most recent update - even after deleting and re-installing the app. I'm using iPhone IOS 13.6.1

Had a unit then moved and had to get a new one thru PS now I can't get my new one to show up on the app to have easy access my old unit is gone but there's no way to add the new unit have gotten with support still no solution just nothing .. smh just aggravating
