A bit cumbersome for a mobile phone. You quickly lose track. And presetting messages doesn't offer enough flexibility in terms of times. Unfortunately, it's the only way to manage bookings on a mobile phone.

The application blocks a lot of times, asks for additional authentication, when you enter your username and password, it asks for the same again and so on indefinitely. They definitely need to work a lot on this to fix the errors, when writing messages or sending images it keeps crashing....

Application that has lag. when you change the length of stay, the rate plan does not adjust. ex.: you go to 3 nights minimum but the 2 night rate remains active and customers can book 2 nights. a scandal for a company of this size

It's getting worse and worse. It crashes too many times when trying to change availability or simply view it by date. And every day there are more problems in being able to answer customer requests.

The genius function is gone, it jumps from Russian to English. It's the same on 3 phones

non-intuitive application: most of the instructions are in English while I selected French. Unable to change the basic nightly rate, forced to go through the rate plans and mar period and always in English Unable to respond to information during a reservation request: forced to accept or refuse, without being able to answer the person's questions. Synchronization problems with rate calendars. Unclear regarding the terms of the booking
