I can't answer the guests only give msg, it even gives despair, I'm thinking of stopping with the viking, because of this big problem

Does not update customer service messages & keeps date closed by mistake
Biggest issue is not getting my messages from booking customer services which led to major issues with some guests claims.

The add photo function not working! displays option to add from NOWHERE The option charge from credit card still NOT AVAILABLE in area, why?!

The pulse app is very difficult to use, it's not intuitive at all, it gives you a lot of headaches, and if you receive a completely unfounded negative review from a customer, booking support has no way of deleting the review no matter how much evidence you show them that the guest didn't even check in. I don't recommend Pulse at all, Airbnb is a much better app for hosting.
