Hell! We synchronized with Airbnb, I still had a double reservation on the same room while there are 3 days between the 2 reservations! They don't want to know anything! They cancel without my consent when I had a rehousing solution (but I had to take my afternoon to prepare it, even though I was not responsible!). And tell me that I should pay 73€ for rehousing?!!!!! My rooms cost 30€ max!!!

Management of photos complicated and often hangs, price setting too complicated and confusing, extranet always jumps back to English, calendar synchronization far too rarely and much more. Unfortunately, I still see a lot of potential for improvement here. in my opinion, this app is not user-friendly enough. The employees already knew suggestions for improvement, which I mentioned over the phone, from many other users. So why don't you work on it at full speed? What a pity...

Sometimes they are repeated a day later and other times they write you a message and when you open the thread of the messages there is none.

Booking does not protect its Hosts from malicious comments from guests who intend to benefit from compensation that is not theirs! When making the claim, Booking does not delete them and one is left with the bad rating unfairly. If you have an entrepreneurship, do not leave it in the hands of Booking
