The reservation system on request, even if the host accepts, is subject to guest confirmation, causing the property to remain on hold until the guest responds or the request expires after 24 hours, making other reservation requests that are awaiting a response unfeasible. It is not possible to contact the customer because the system does not allow sending a message to the requester before the reservation is finalized. I am losing a lot of business because of this!

I found the app is very slow and glitching. My guests didn't receive the messages. It is very frustrating to use, extremely unreliable. I hope you can fix it or provide other alternatives. Very disappointed.

Booking is junky, slow, and going to make themselves obsolete, already tailing in market share of the vacation rental space. Their processes change so often, inconsistent and overall horrible. Their integration with PMS is horrible. They need to improve big-time. They'll end up like sears did when sears ignored the internet as a marketplace. Booking needs to streamline their vacation rental program and application.
