Violation of privacy
Find out today at PureGym east barnet my locker got broken down and all my stuff was in the freezer bag without notifying me in advance that's disgusting. Will cancel my membership

Too slow to load up
Problem: The app is taking to long to “warm up” and generate the QR code for me to open the barriers at the front. I'm always waiting outside in the cold waiting for the app to boot up. User need: Please make accessing the QR or code quicker. I don't need to wait for everything else in the app to load (I don't use any of it).

awful. not been to gym for a bit and the app has logged me out so had to stand outside in the cold getting a code remonder. once done it was asking me to join and no options to enter gym. Gave up after getting home now everything loks normal again. awesome what a waste of time I need a refund for wasting my time and motivation
