I've never seen such a stupid app. To log in to the app, they send an OTP code, but when you check it in your email, they send a second one. It's practically impossible to log in using just your phone.

App is buggy
The app doesn't let me access my activity. Asks me to login to my Avios account and when I try to open activity it asks me to login again. Keeps happening repeatedly.

This app is really useless and will be deleted as soon as the last flight is completed. It's full of bugs and the operation leaves a lot to be desired.

Please fix your app
Please fix your app and your website. For days now I've been trying to book my seats now that option is available but every time I try to pay the page crashes and when I try to select my seats again the seat screen doesn't load all the seats. It's slow it crashes and it doesn't work. I try the website but still having issues.

this is a ridiculous app. I can't login to the account with my username & password. repeatedly asking for OTP, which I can't access. why can't I access my account when I have all the credentials.

User experience is really poor. The same goes to your website. Also app each time gives an error and is not sending OTP. An app and website works extremely slow. While online check in Incanno enter my passport expiry date even though I'm entering proper date.

7-1-25 2.50 was my flight doha to warsaw poland but this fight set was not available they given flight 8.50 for this reason i loss my Poland transport and they waste my time.
