Problematic mobile version

Access to downloaded playlists has become impossible with the new mobile version. When will the problem be rectified?

Fixed in download audio quality

As many people have written, I think the sound quality is really great However, when the sound quality is changed between downloading and streaming, it is not possible to prioritize whether you want to listen to it by downloading outside (mobile communication) or streaming and listening to it in the WiFi environment, and it is a pity that the download sound quality is always prioritized I have the impression that Spotify is better in terms of user experience and usability, including apps around here However, I am satisfied with the current service, and I have confirmed the switch from Spotify

Great quality music. Collection could still improve, and I have to subtract one star (for now) because I cannot directly control my BluOs player from the app and have to switch to BluOs which is an annoying hassle and has poor Qobuz integration and music discoverability UX. Keep improving the app please, and I'll extend my trial and start paying 🙏🏻

While I love the sound quality this rating is for the app itself. not a fan of the user interface and haven't found it easy to discover new music that I would like. The indexing and naming conventions for playlists doesn't help either.

My payment is already made and it only lets me listen to music for 30 seconds and they appear as "Extract". The truth is a little annoying why I pay and not be able to listen to my music

I have a problem. I am a subscriber but following a change of card, I no longer have access to unlimited while I am well rated as a subscriber and next debit scheduled for mid-December. I don't know how to contact you... On Facebook, I didn't get a response. I am waiting a few more days to get a response from you, otherwise I would unsubscribe, alas!
