We are generally satisfied with Qonto. It should be noted that there has been a significant increase in monthly fees (from €40 to €70) which does not seem justified in relation to the services provided.

I am extremely disappointed with Quonto. After installing the app, I cannot open it with my password or the biometric login function. It is also simply not possible to log in on the homepage. There are no clear instructions or support to solve the problem. An online banking portal that you cannot log in to is absolutely useless. I would have expected more from a financial service provider.

My experience in the trial month: Simply terrible. Chaotic to use. The service was horrible and despite cancelling during the trial month, I still get notices of debits. Honestly, I have never experienced such chaos

Advertising based on banking analytics
Qonto spies on the transactions on your account to better offer advertising for its services. For example, the payment of professional liability insurance contributions is "pointed" to offer the [address] Or the interface freezes while offering another "cyber" insurance and to get out of this "offer" and use the service, you have to justify why you don't want to buy the insurance... It's too much. I contacted support to have all this deactivated and strangely no one sees what I'm talking about, they ask me for videos and screenshots. I managed to send a screenshot and now I'm waiting for a third person to take charge of my file. I'm starting to study competing services...

On their website they advertise services that you need to meet certain requirements to receive. However, there is nothing explained about this before signing up. The surprise comes when after opening the account you realize that there are services that are not available. For example, one of the requirements is to have had the account open for at least 6 months. Be very careful with this.
