When entering the parking in Antwerp my number plate was recognized and the barrier opened. Afterwards I could not enter the building because I had not received a code. I had to pay separately afterwards via the app.

Partially working!
I have tried throughout the day to activate my account, but my two Dankorts are rejected with an error. Try again. With the same bad result. Was lucky not to get fined. There was an update which has been installed so now the App is registered and presumably usable. But help texts and conditions of use do not work. Pictures don't help either. Presumably language confusion as I can see switching between different country modules in the app. So you don't know what you are part of.

We parked in Amsterdam. We downloaded the application and created the account, provided credit card for payment. Preauthorisation has been made on the credit card for one euro. When leaving we logged out from the app and today received a fine for not paying for the parking

The phone then tells me that I can't use Wallet while parking 🤯, since this is my form of payment, I can't use the app when I shop. Deleted the app again immediately

Europe or just NL?
When installing the App, Q-Park always refers to garages and streets in the Netherlands. It is unclear to me whether I can also park in a Q-Park garage in D and Be, for example...
Q-Park - Product Description
By adding their car registration in the app, Season Ticket holders at PaSS car parks will be able to enter and exit by having their number plate scanned at the barrier. PaSS is only live at selected Q-Park car parks. It is important that you create your MyQ-Park account before registering on the app or your Season Ticket will not link correctly with your vehicles car registration and you will not be able to enter and exit the car park using your number plate. How to register your number plate 1. Activate your My Q-Park Account on the Q-Park website. When you purchased your Season Ticket, you will have received an email prompting you to activate your account 2. Download the Q-Park app 3. Login using your My Q-Park Account Email and Password 4. Enter your car registration After completing the above steps, the barrier will automatically open when you drive in or out of your home car park. The Q-Park app has been developed to further enhance the parking experience for our Season Ticket holders.
