Only installed so far. It's complete nonsense to require an app for a season ticket. The app wants far too many permissions, no, Qpark, you do NOT need to know where I am at the moment. And NO, I don't want push notifications from you. I want to park my car and that's it. I'm looking forward to tomorrow morning...

Can I declare my expected parking ticket with you? My own license plate is set as default. Last weekend I parked once with another car and just discovered by chance that I turned on the parking action on Tuesday during my weekly course, but that it used that other license plate instead of my own standard license plate. It works well to set that standard license plate, but not really....

He doesn't take the 2nd license plate
So far always very satisfied with the app, easy to drive in and out. Now we were with the car with the license plate that is also registered in the app but unfortunately the barriers remained closed

After driving out, the app just kept running. If I now have to continuously check the app after driving out, I won't be happy.

Awful !!!
Warning to potential users, if you are going to download and prebook with this app, set aside 20 minutes and be prepared to have to upload your details multiple times, running through multiple interfaces and being left wondering where you've actually posted your data. I will be deleting this as soon as my parking appointment is finished today. Awful, awful, awful.

Parking on the street
App doesn't work well with street parking. Often shows old location, zooms in and out before parking numbers are shown and doesn't give a warning that you have an active parking session when you drive away. Only after hours you get a notification.

Handy in Q park parking garages. It takes some getting used to. I couldn't see the parking rate, so it was a surprise afterwards how much it cost. That could be better. The information in the garage could also be better. Otherwise it worked fine.

Zero app, Unable to complete my registration. Nothing to do with paybyphone. The interns who developed this crap should be supervised.
Q-Park - Product Description
By adding their car registration in the app, Season Ticket holders at PaSS car parks will be able to enter and exit by having their number plate scanned at the barrier. PaSS is only live at selected Q-Park car parks. It is important that you create your MyQ-Park account before registering on the app or your Season Ticket will not link correctly with your vehicles car registration and you will not be able to enter and exit the car park using your number plate. How to register your number plate 1. Activate your My Q-Park Account on the Q-Park website. When you purchased your Season Ticket, you will have received an email prompting you to activate your account 2. Download the Q-Park app 3. Login using your My Q-Park Account Email and Password 4. Enter your car registration After completing the above steps, the barrier will automatically open when you drive in or out of your home car park. The Q-Park app has been developed to further enhance the parking experience for our Season Ticket holders.
