SCAMMER not SCANNER!!! The ads supporting this free app are placed deceptively so one clicks unintentionally on the ad instead of the target URL from the QR code. The scam then begins billing your credit card for online services, in my case a Philippines based scammer called "EMMPOR.XYZ". Google, stop these creeps from scamming your Android users! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

The interface is too cluttered. There is a large open button below the advertising banner post scan. You are drawn to the button. This can take you to a random advertising site where you are asked for card and email details. As you might expect from rhe QR code interaction.
