Love QT, but this app is HORRIBLE
I'd say about 50% of the time, the mobile ordering feature of the app just flat out does not work. Either it won't let you add an item, won't place the order, won't put a payment through, will totally clear the cart while you're actively adding things to it, won't let you check in to pick up an order, the list goes on and on. I'm constantly having problems with it even after deleting and reinstalling, logging out and back in, and clearing the cache.

Used the app once, but since the initial download I haven't been able to log in and when I try to make another account to see if I somehow bugged the original account I made It gives me an error.

I have installed, deleted, and installed this app 3 times over the last 6 months. I can not create an account because it will not let me scroll on the 4th screen, where you put in your birthdate, and pick which offers to receive. I am guessing there is a box or button I can't get to due to not being able to scroll. Android Pixel 4a.

I definitely wouldn't recommend this app they can't seem to get their billing system set up correctly and I ended up having to pay an extra $30 returned check fee because they didn't put a hold on the money so I ended up spending $62 and some change instead of the $32 and some change I initially spent. Don't download this app cuties customer service and collections people suck

QT Pay has serious problems! It won't link my bank info. I have been on the phone with them several times and they think they have it fixed but it isn't. And, in chatting while they struggled with it, I found out, you can only use it once a day. So if you planned to use it while traveling, you can forget that. All in all, not worth the time and effort I have wasted on it.
