Bad UX

Difficult to read. On iPad, the app only uses half the screen.

The app is slow, crashes frequently, and it takes a long time before payments can be converted to payment requests. Also in the past we have had payments abroad take a long time (+/-24 hours) to appear on the app, while friends with ING immediately saw the payments. On top of that, you can jump high or low, but they refuse to help report scams.

After the last update, I can no longer see how much a stock has increased or decreased in value in my investments, for this I first have to turn the screen... This is annoying and completely worthless. This detracts from a good overview, which is why I am considering placing my investments elsewhere.

It would be nice if you receive a push notification on your mobile when a new message is ready in the messages module. I don't check the Rabo app every day. Can this be implemented as soon as possible? Update: all checkmarks are enabled in my Rabo app under messages, but I never receive an email that a message is ready for me
