No way to cancel an order or request a refund for food I never got. At the Post Malone location - cars always parked in the curbside pickup with no drivers. App says I picked up my order even though I didn't. Guess somebody else got my food? Who knows, whatever. Lost my money. Go somewhere else.

Why does this app never work, nor let you earn points, nor place a delivery order? Why even have an app/card/loyalty program if it never works, nor even helps us as the customer whatsoever; each time I've offered my Cane's Card to the employee they just look at me like I'm a headache, swipe it, and say it's my "5th visit" or something similarly dismissive. Why even have an app if it does NOTHING?

Doesn’t work
The app doesn't allow you to create a profile or order food. I don't understand why the developer keeps responding to people to call a number or go online. How about fix the app that doesn't work?? And how is this app rated 5 stars? Scroll through the ratings and most of them are 1 or 2 unless someone is only rating the chicken and not the app itself?

Constant re-log issues, billing issues, waste of time using. I constantly have to log into the app again and ra-input my card information, and even then, half the time it says my card info is wrong.

It never remembers my order history, load times are very long, and sometimes my authentication token will refuse to validate, making it impossible to order.
