I downloaded and purchased using this app yet it says no pending orders and no pending promo for my purchase. Now they have all my information and I'm not happy about it

Cash back takes forever
Do not use Rakuten it use to be good and you would get your cash back pretty quick now you wait months for your cash back, total waste of time and not worth it. Use another portal instead like Chase UR

Horrible app. First, I was denied cash back. Then I spent hours re-submitting info for cash back. Then they would ask for info again. I would never use Rakuten again.

Not very happy with this app. Anymore. It use to pop-up when you were shopping online or in a store. I don't know what they did to change their programming, but I am very disappointed in it.

would be a 5 if when you selected the app you wanted to order from, it took you directly to that app on your phone, rather than opening up inside of rakuten as the Web app. This is the case for Just Eat anyway, I'm not sure about other apps.

Been trying to submit a purchase from walmart through the rakuten app and it asks to verify my number. I preceeded to do that so I can go on to checkout. However it brings me right back to the same verify my number again. I have cleared the cache/cookies, Uninstaller reinstalled and still the same issue.

Tried to open the app and claim my cash back from an order says there's a problem we're working to fix it please refresh page as it may have been resolved. Did this it hasn't. Tried 5 x. Check URL as it may be wrong. How can it be wrong when it's straight through the app with a link from the restaurant? Can't even sign in let alone set my account up so I'm giving a 1* rating. Would have given a zero but it's not possible. Sort it out Rakuten! Feeling disappointed 😞 and ripped off!☹️

Can't even login I just get "Oops there was a slip up" any time I try to login after clicking that i live in the UK. Deleted all data and cache and reinstalled and I am still getting the same. Absolutely pointless app, don't even bother with it. 0* if i could.
