The cashbacks are always pending and never approved..it has been over 2 months and it still says pending.. this is a scam

Specific categories show cash back is available, yet later those categories are marked as ineligible so no cash back gets rewarded. I've noticed on some of my purchases that cash back will be applied then later removed, or it stays marked as "pending" so nothing ever gets applied. I also only get cash back when using the app; I have to manually request cash back every single time when using their website. I've been using this service since it was Ebates but a cash back credit card works better.

love this app,but it's too bad you can't upload receipts for stores you use. I don't have a lot of time to go to computer to use rakaten at stores that I stop at on my way home. You should consider cash back of receipts that can be uploaded.
