They will suspend your account because your family members use Rakuten too and strike it as a duplicate account. Cathleen (Member Operations Analyst) lacks customer service and awful at customer support and should be terminated. Her judgement on closing the account was based on speculation and would cost this company as her decisions will lead to bad outcomes and terrible experience from customers.

Canadians, don’t bother!
Rakuten Canada suggests adding this to your Safari browser, yet it only links to the US site. Very frustrating to your Canadian customers! There's a Rakuten Canada Button app for the MacBook, why not make one for iPads or iPhones?!

Doesn’t work
Shopped on GNC through the app. Never gave the cash back even though I checked out through the connection in app. False advertising for the app. Don't waste your time.

Mostly works but some UX issues persist
Why does the menu on the in-store tab always start back at the top of the page after every time you select a new store to add? Very annoying and poor user flow.

Not happy
I used to be Rakutens biggest fan until recently, lately every cash back check is a small fraction of my cash back, not sure why it's takes over a month or more for amounts to be confirmed instead of pending. Really getting discouraged of even using Rakuten anymore!
