RRL APP IS REALLY UNRELIABLE & FRUSTRATING
Multiple orders of mine were cancelled because there is no certainty regarding available stock??? I was also recently shipped a $600.00 jacket from the RRL app that arrived without ANY tags?? Feeling mistreated as a loyal customer😞

I did everything I could??
I do not feel appreciated or respected at RRL in the slightest. i tried to purchase a $750.00 Jacket from the app 4 times & experienced nothing but problems. I had a jacket held for me in NY & RRL management did absolutely NOTHING to help me. NOTHING I thought RRL stood for committing to your community, but my experience of this team at RRL was the opposite. Feeling mistreated & abandoned… smh
