They charged me for memberships and never returned me, it tells you ask for such a thing that you have free promotions and they never fulfill, the delivery drivers ask for tips separately, if your order is large they make you a problem for the taxi, the connection with support is fatal, they answer themselves as if they solved your problem in general a disappointing app, disappointment after disappointment, terrible experience.

They ask you for a card to have rappi pro, and in the end they charge from any card that you have used for purchases and not the one you put to affiliate, in customer service they say that it does not matter which card you put to affiliate your membership that they charge any card you have in the account even if the one you affiliated has funds and is valid. They still charge service fees.

The truth is that I didn't like the credit card because they didn't apply a cashback and when I spoke to ask why, they told me that it takes a month to reflect (that was in July) and to date they never replaced that cashback. I settle the debit of my card and I am going to cancel it. Terrible card

Beyond the fact that delivery never arrives where I live, the application is difficult to understand and use, it is not intuitive. When you do a search, it does not give you the desired result but what you have available in your area. What happens if the person wants to get something that is not close to them? That should be the purpose of this service.

The costs are excessive, if they have the opportunity to set real prices in the establishments, they go up from 30-35% of the original price, sometimes they take a long time and when you are already Rappi Pro they do not have good promos, I have several devices and sometimes it is better not to pay the subscription

ZERO STARS!! Terrible app, it doesn't allow you to cancel the subscription and keeps charging you (my husband has tried many times), plus it doesn't let you delete your account and they don't give you help to solve the problem, just a bot that is useless. They do not respect the consumer's rights to access an easy cancellation according to PROFECO. DON'T DOWNLOAD IT!!
