If you are a Rappi Pro Black, the delivery people (most of the time) steal your gifts. When you order through Turbo, they send you gifts, but most of the time they keep them and support does nothing. Not considering that then the restaurants pack poorly and everything arrives shaken or the liquids arrive without liquid 🙄 The app does not allow you to have products in the basket in several restaurants like Uber Eats and it crashes a lot. Use it but with all this in mind

Don't use it, they will send you a new delivery person who acts like a duck and when he arrives at your home he doesn't call you or send you messages, it just happened to me at KFC. BE CAREFUL, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, WHAT HAPPENED TO ME CAN HAPPEN TO YOU, and so that the app doesn't come to wash its hands so easily, I paid with a card, their delivery person acted like a duck and since I didn't leave quickly, he left with my order. There is no customer service. No one listens to you, no one helps you, only the bot answers at its convenience. They stole money from us and we tried to communicate more than three times. It is impossible to speak to a person who can really review your situation and help you. You can NOT contact the restaurant. ALL BAD

I always have to go pick up my order on a street behind my house, because every time I want to contact my delivery person (because they send it to another house), I get an error saying "An error has occurred, try again in a few minutes." In addition, they have brought me less things than I ordered and when I want to contact support I get the same error...

Be careful people, they are scamming you through rappi. Before giving the order number, check your order. It was in the news. They never deliver orders and never give codes through WhatsApp since they steal the accounts and this company is not responsible.

You cannot complain if items are missing, they will change the items for a lower cost and there is no refund or where to file and continue the complaint. This happened to me with an order from a HEB supermarket. They brought me a lower-priced product but charged me more for the one I had ordered.

You can get a wrong order delivered and customer service will not help. They will say they have fixed the problem, but after a day or more they change their mind and do not refund anything. Very bad attitude, they take money and do not refund it in case of their mistake.
