They took £12.99 from me even though it states two months free trial beware, wouldn't issue refund

Good, but could be improved: when reading the last page, a pop-up keeps popping up with reading recommendations. I would rather finish reading the last page first.

Price knows only one direction
Again, more expensive for the customer for no reason. The x number of additional journals is not in my interest. At least this time we were informed in advance. Sadly enough, the whole thing is only one month of "grace period" - that used to be even more. Luckily, competition is growing up with Yumpu - the price is massively cheaper (even if they have less on offer, but that doesn't bother me much 🤷🏻 ♂️ If the usability there gets even better, I probably won't pay a cent more here. 🤷🏻 ♂️

Lots of great newspapers and magazines. Unfortunately, for the last two days it has not been possible to listen to the newspapers and magazines article by article. It was very useful when jogging. Now you have to access each article individually. That loses points.

I love the access to so many and varied publications. I've only marked it down as I find it a bit "clunky" to move around. Content and range of choice would be a whole-hearted 5*

Mostly OK but often feels a little clunky price increase didn't seem justified also it's pushing the real value for money down. I use it for newspapers and a couple of photography magazines. It's best to hold this tablet in portrait orientation to read items. One thing slightly annoying the little page icon to read larger copies doesn't seem to activate you need to swipe to access it ? As I said a bit clunky
