Great concept not the best execution. The article view sets it aside from competitors but is hardly ever available and when it is, it is so glitchy. Please just make it work and for all and be inclusive.

What happened to Sort by Title?

After having a subscription for many years I have decided to cancel for one big reason. The option to choose the sorting method has been removed from the main screen. I can still sort my favourites, but since my list of favourites has been mysteriously wiped clean there isn't much point. How am I supposed to select all my favourites again and sort through all titles when they only come up by most recent issue? It was still there recently but not since the last update that I am aware of. I have reported the problem but only got an “it has been reported” response. Until this has been corrected I cannot use the App so have cancelled. Just too frustrating. 😕

Lure with false promises! Of course, I gladly accepted the very pleasing form policy of giving 2 free months to former customers more often - no question! So it is again now. I thought! But poof, 14.99€ were debited. Pretense of false facts, I would say. Or a very bad April Fool's joke!!
