Lost saved properties
The app is great but every couple of months recently it has logged me out and when I log back in my saved properties are gone. I use the app every single day and rely on properties remaining on the app so I can revisit those that have sold to understand the market. Very disappointing to lose this info as the app is great otherwise.

Filters don't really work at the moment. You can select price ranges and number of bedrooms and it'll show you whatever it wants, regardless of your stipulations.

Garbage app, the screen is part covered with obvious paid advertising, that despite multiple efforts to press the X to close, doesn't work. I'm left with a screen 1/4 filled with an add, struggling to look at a property. Go elsewhere for your online real estate views

Lets agents break the law
Victorian properties must include an address and a detailed statement of information but realestate.com.au allows the, to break the law using their site. It does not allow easy reporting of listing breaches and in some cases certain agents are given free rein to just reupload the same listings over and over again every second day. None of the complying with local laws. Consumer affairs needs to fine realestate.com.au instead of the agents as they allow this to happen.
