App error, can't load anything

I lost access to an account that is registered to my reddit account and now I can't change accounts because I have to create a password for reddit. In other words, if I change my cell phone I will lose my account without being able to do anything.

The app is impossible. You just try to ask for constructive opinions and advice. A) People simply don't read your [name] properly or maybe they don't want to understand it and B) if you don't have any advice or can't give it, why do you reply and insult people? On top of that, there is so much rubbish content and posts. The good ones don't even stand out. It's a shame, I thought the app had more to offer!

It's a gem, the problems are that the app generates a lot of cache, it gets stuck on the logo and when you start the app, it stays on a black screen and doesn't react. It would also be nice if they optimized the app for low-performance devices, since it gets quite laggy when you explore. Other than that, it's excellent.
