Regal upped sub fees for THIS?
App is way too busy. I'm just trying to buy movie tickets. App not very streamlined—when looking at “coming soon” or “limited engagement” you can only see the first 6 movies then you have to click “view more” just to see only 6 more. You stop caring and give up before you've made it down the list. Most of the extra junk at the bottom of the app is already in my email inbox and the app inbox—I wasn't interested the other two times, why would you shove it in my face for a third time? It wasn't broken, why'd you try to fix it?

Regal unlimited nakes itself as hard as possible to cancel almost in a predatory way can cancel through app in theater and calling corporate is hit or miss

-_- It's convenient when it to works. It is not very user friendly and when I wanted to see my account details it just kept spinning. When you try to click on the trailers it give you an error.

It's advertised that you can buy concessions in the app but 90% of the things there aren't able to be purchased, including POPCORN.

Bugs all over
New app is completely broken. Can't buy tickets as unlimited. Can't see tickets purchased on the web. Have to keep clicking on view more to look at all movies. New app is riddle with bugs. Pls fix.

This app is now unusable. It takes 5+ minutes to load any page, and by then your connection times out. Get your sht together Regal, I needed to use a web browser on my phone to access my tickets I was forced to buy on a laptop computer.
