I'm a Regal Unlimited member and the app would be great if it didn't let me redeem my points for tickets or other rewards. I have to go onto the desktop site to redeem them!

Buying tickets online
Cannot reserve tickets online. Always prompts error for several months now when you try to purchase tickets via the app.

The app keeps crashing when trying to select a theater and now it keeps crashing when trying to purchase a seat. If I cannot buy a seat via the app which is the only way to use Regal Unlimited then what's the point of using either of them?
