Lacking in self service
Membership cancellation needs to be as simple as signing up per EU laws which will eventually make it to the US. Cancellation of membership isn't easy and should be available on the app

Latest update makes the app unusable. It always crashes. I can't even make movie purchases on my phone. This new update is total garbage!

2.22.25. I had to lower to 1 star. Latest update CRASHES app every time you want to buy a ticket. WORTHLESS! 2.18.24. Does not login Crown Club member even when password is correct. Needs to be fixed. Version 4.5.0. did work but app not in Google Play now. Has not been usable for weeks and the email contact below does not even accept email. Cannot track points, purchase Best Picture Movie Pass, or redeem points in store. App developer should be fired by Regal for poor support.

Unlimited user here. The app has been going downhill. It has missing movie showtimes, or days where it shows no showtimes at all. The website is better to use. Please work on fixing these issues.
