Hands down the worst experience ever do not bank with this Alabama back woods as company very unprofessional. They do not communicate important information about opening a account no debit card you have to call an request they held my check after the deposit before 2 pm came in the next dY still did not receive my funds I was told they need proof of address after the fact that I just requested a debit card and mailed it out then I wsd told I still can't access my funds after I provided it.

New app not compatible with my phone????? So, now I have to get a new phone? This is typical and ridiculous. Not the first time this has happened. Same behavior with other banks.

This has got to be the worst app I've ever tried to use. Half the time,no most of the time it says unable to load. Would be nice to open one time not several times. Very disappointed with it.

App constantly is unable to open. It wjll freeze on the regions logo screen and never allow you access to the app until hours later.

The developers are completely incompetent. I cannot made deposits online because every time I scan one side of a check it kicks me out, never allowing me to complete a single deposit. Super frustrating because it wasn't a problem before, but their developers suck at life.
