It's a good app. But definitely can do with improvements. The first one should be in getting a better file transfer system. When I get sent a picture or send a picture. Terrible quality. Overall love the app. But small things would make it a lot better.

It won't let me register with my date of birth

Love this app to be able to communicate with my son's teacher period I love that I can also reply via email. My only issue is is when I'm replying by email it doesn't tell me if I'm using too many characters so I have no idea if the whole message went through or not

Subpar communication tool

This app should be able to nest classes and information under each student. The app is clunky for such simple features and has no way to organize the classes. With more than one student in multiple classes the platform becomes cluttered.

I don't appreciate how they add different colors on skin tones. we are all equal and our color should not change anything, please get this fixed

HATE this app. Completely useless, never sends reminds when needed. I get my notifications hours late or sometimes the next day. Completely unorganized groups and chats I wish I could delete.

Crashes Constantly

My child's teacher added an attachment recently and now the app crashes anytime I load her messages. Same problem on my wife's phone. App needs an upgrade ASAP.
