They don't even deserve one star, it's a shame I can't give them less, the worst service, they give you a time for the cash deposit in your account and they wash their hands of it saying that the banks are to blame and that they are late. Terrible customer service and terrible compliance service, they have misleading advertising and defame the banks without caring that the only fault is REMITLY!!! The worst thing that exists!!!

The application is very good, what I like is that it is fast to send and easy to use and it is safe. I have used it many times. I do not give it 5 stars because on Saturdays and Sundays the deposits are delayed. It would be excellent if those days transactions could be made, but it is very good. I am satisfied.

I have a password to enter the remitly app. I confirmed with email and phone number. My Danish bank Nordea has their own verification method, which is with the MITT ID. But still, anytime I send money, you guys are like, for your protection, your transfer is in review. I do not need your protection. If the bank has released the money, why are you complicating things.I never have these problems with RIA. Even the place where they should pick the money said next time use RIA,it is less complicated

What a TERRIBLE application for sending money, it takes them a whole week to deliver the money, they make you fill out all the information here, and then they send 2 forms to the sender, and in that case they delay and delay the delivery of the money, from 3 to 4 days that they promise, it takes 8 days to deliver. They take a week to work with your money, this seems like a CDT.

This app is not worth it I have got my account suspended twice not for doing anything wrong or anything illegal I was in the Philippines the first time that I sent money through the app My account got suspended and I did it a second time not knowing that I wouldn't supposed to be out of United States using this app. No I am back in Philippines In my account got suspended again and I have used my account successfully for months don't get this app especially if you travel outside of United States.
