How about ZERO stars? I am not happy with the lack of communication even BEFORE my furniture got here! I've called the store, I've sent messages…nope…crickets. Payed for the furniture before I even got it- that was wrong, I digress, auto pay is wrong date, app wo t change it, called the store numerous times, emails, ….Blake in Benton at RAC- he treated me as a friend and always provided a response to any concerns. I'm so tired of trying tj c tact yall. But you take my money, on the wrong day and my account goes negative bc it's not my payday YET. Communication is a zero and I'm still ticked that I had to make a payment BEFORE I received my merchandise Three payments in and I'm NOT HAPPY RAC NOT AT ALL

Bad business and deceitful.... I placed an order on there clearance section and they called me when they had it once I showed up they jacked up the price by exactly 175 !! Never going back waste of gas and time after I close my account I'm done with them!!! Location Brownsville store on boca chika... Stay away!!!!

I had a worker come to my home after 7 pm asking for a payment after I told you guys when I get home I will pay it. I barely got home when a knock was at my door. Absolutely unprofessional and rude. I'm soooooooooooo pissed off.
