They are suppose to charge me every two weeks but they been charging me every week

Navigation on this app is terrible. It lags and I got locked out of my account for 24 hours.

I dislike my rac, my rac people wanna hurass me when I'm 1 day late. I always pay my bills. God forbid [phone] day late and they call every 2 hours.

I won't be purchasing anymore stuff from RAC when I need repairs for the furniture I get no response but the employees do harass me when payment doesn't go thru

The people that work in Norwalk are ride and obnoxious over 50 dollars OMG 😯 piss off

My first ever visit to Rent-A-Center was pretty good. I was happy with the items I purchased and was looking forward to getting my new furniture. Right off the bat my dresser came with a broken edge of the drawer. This was done by Rent-A-Center because when I looked at the dresser in the store, it was in perfect condition and I was told it was brand new. The delivery guy tried to paste it back together and it looks terrible. They never did compensate or make it right. I have had several experiences with Rose. She was very nice at first when I was purchasing furniture however she became nasty and unfriendly and threatening. Jeff, who is the district supervisor or somebody is rude. The delivery drivers were amazing. Miguel is amazing. As for the rest of Rent-A-Center… I would not even allow my worst enemy to buy from them.

Haven't been able to login for weeks and my autopay failed due to the websites failure. They were quick to let me know of adverse action, but never reply for things I need. This company's going downhill quick and I can't wait to pay off my things and be done.

Paid for a new tv. It was made in 2024.It stopped working. Now I have a 2019 tv and am very not happy. They told me it goes off how much you owe and not what you've paid for. Will never use them again.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE! I was talked to like garbage, told one thing only to be told the opposite. Left hand dosnt know what the right hand is doing. The ppl act like hood rats, idk how they manage to stay employed!
