Took forever to get the unit to be inspected by the manufacturer, which caused a delay and more money out out of my pocket for stuff that could've been remedied within a day.

this app and the website for this company hold the title for crappiest web experience ever, seriously the app refuses to open on my phone, instead freezing up and refusing to load anything, i waited for ten minutes and it was stuck on the logo screen, and don't get me started on the horrible website that insists you pay for benefits plus unless you call the regional manager in yr area to cancel it, god awful, would give zero stars if i could
