The app has been improved overall... but unfortunately only the right hearing aid connects to audio. The left one is silent :-(... I was able to fix this with the previous app by re-pairing it despite the warning about the problems with Android 12. Unfortunately, it no longer works now. The warning is gone, but the problem is still there. Now I'm trying everything I can. Uninstalling, clearing the cache, reinstalling... Nothing works anymore. Not recommended. I'd rather have other hearing aids.

Worst ever
Developers should spend 5 mins deaf or hard of hearing. They should be held criminally liable for the travesty they call an app. No clue what it means to depend on aids controlled by an awful, nonresponsive app. Had I known, I would have purchased from another manufacturer. Forget about the TV Streamer, useless. Save yourself grief and go elsewhere.

Basically an easy to use app. The only annoying thing is that I have to uninstall and reinstall it every few weeks! That's why it's three stars less. Every time there's an update. My audiologist was kind enough to set up my hearing aids so that I could manage without the app. And then the app doesn't even find the hearing aids. Sorry, the whole process that seems to happen once a quarter is really stupid.

The app doesn't work at all on a OnePlusT8, but Auracast is finally possible on a Pixel9 Pro. Making phone calls is a pain: you still have to hold the phone in front of your face, even though the €5000 devices have microphones. Answering calls by tapping the receiver doesn't work either. The developers shouldn't expect the manufacturers to adapt the devices, but rather program the app to be compliant. And it should connect to EVERY BLE transmitter

I've been using this brand hearing aids for 9 years now this last set and this app doesn't get along. Hell right now the app doesn't even recognize the hearing aids. Had to send them back due to Bluetooth wasn't connecting and had a roar of static.
