Update Broke App
No longer functional! The app prompts an update with no option not to and will not update. This became a data traffic problem on my network until I stopped trying to download the update and deleted the app. Trying to download download the app to reinstall it causes the same network problem. I do not have this problem with other apps.

Feel betrayed
First of all, I don't see anywhere how much the fun costs. Well, OK. I downloaded the app and was already prepared for it to cost something. I have to force myself to pay the €7 otherwise nothing will happen. Then, regardless of what I want to use, I have to upload my three pictures and pay ANOTHER €8 at the end, otherwise nothing will happen! Hello? Not even a single test photo to see if you like the app at all? TOO EXPENSIVE for not knowing what you're getting. I want my money back, I can't use any of it without spending more and I'm not prepared to do that anymore.

Scam and Fraud
I was led into this scam without even getting the chance to use any of your services. Upon opening the app, I was immediately charged $8 just to access it—before I could do anything. Then, after already being charged, the app demanded even more money to actually start using its features. This is blatant fraud. Your app misleads users by advertising “lifetime access” but then charging just to open it and further demanding additional payments. I did not agree to this deceptive practice, and I refuse to pay for something I haven't even been able to use. I demand an immediate refund of the $8 that was charged to me. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate this matter through my bank and report this predatory scheme.
